Reward crediting and payout eligibility depend on successful completion, third-party validation, anti-fraud review, and compliance with partner requirements.
We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse rewards where there is evidence of error, abuse, invalid activity, or violation of these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, emulators, scripts, VPN abuse, or automated behavior.
- Exploit bugs, manipulate tracking, or interfere with app systems.
- Create or operate multiple accounts without our permission.
- Submit false information or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Third-Party Services
Parts of the Service rely on third-party providers, including ad networks, analytics tools, offerwall partners, and survey partners.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Payouts and Limitations
Payout methods, minimum thresholds, processing times, and availability may vary by region and may change over time.
We may delay or refuse payouts where identity checks fail, fraud is suspected, partner data is missing, or legal/compliance requirements apply.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to earnings, rewards, and payouts in your jurisdiction.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Rewards and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you received from Snap Rewards in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, content, and associated intellectual property rights, is owned by Snap Rewards or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Snap Rewards, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts with competent jurisdiction where that entity is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Class Action Waiver
Where permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or create risk to the platform, users, or partners.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service.
